Ashati to Alsemia

Ashati journey is divided into three sections: the Ashati levels, Ascension levels and the Alsemia levels.

The entire Ashati system is based upon the process of energetic ascension, in the three main aspects of our multi‐dimensional being.

Ashati focus on consciousness ascension, which is centred on the level of awareness a person functions from within their physical body, which is closely connected to the chakra system and its development.

The Alsemia activations are about physical
ascension, elevating the vibration of the physical body and giving it direct access to higher dimensional energies, mostly for healing purposes. The higher level Alsemia also give the ability to reconnect with and explore the different levels of the subconscious.

Finally, the Ascension levels are all about “energetic ascension” focused on the actual energy bodies connected to the physical body and nervous system. These levels are directly linked to the reconnection to the spirit.

By working directly on the energy structure of our being, from which our level of consciousness, natural higher perceptions, intuition, healing potential and other abilities.

The Ashati energy activations will also give us access to healing energies, which will
be able to channel through the chakra system and out of our hands.

Ashati energy are mostly focused on “consciousness” and its emotions, thoughts, beliefs and higher senses, to lead to its accelerated development, expansion and reconnection to higher levels. This introduces completely new ways of thinking, which step away from “words” and linear thinking to develop the extraordinary and often latent power of higher thoughts, allowing us to think more clearly and efficiently.

The immense healing and manifestation abilities it provides can be considered as the results of this enlightening spiritual ascension process and the going back to the source of one’s true nature.

The Alsemia energy activations will also give us access to a wide range of powerful healing energies, found within nature, this time centred on clearing, balancing and healing the energies, energy structures and energy bodies directly affecting the physical body, its health and development. These will be accessed in a whole new way, unique to Alsemia, which will enable us to perform intensified healings, therefore often shorter in duration. This energy activations will enable us to connect with and explore the layers of the subconscious mind, in addition to providing entire new types of physical healing energies.

A brief notes on Ashati

Ashati is a multilevel step‐by‐step healing and reconnection journey back to our true and higher self, its knowledge, perceptions and natural gifts, and its ability to simply and directly experience, feel and know the truth beyond our physical reality and our physical senses.

This is a completely unique and revolutionary process that will naturally help to trigger and speed up deep emotional, mental and sometimes physical healing, let go of false limitations and restrictive influences, reconnect us energetically and directly to higher levels within our own consciousness, and much more.

This journey cannot always be objectively described with words, but must often be experienced, as it is an inner journey back to the essence of who we are. Ashati does not impose rules or practices, but rather helps us free ourselves from unnecessary beliefs, fears and limitations.

It does not force us to let go of all other practices, spiritual and religion, but rather helps us find the connection with and the beauty in everything, everyone and every experience, the rewarding as much as the challenging ones.

Ashati does not impose healing and change that we are not ready for, but simply allows a higher and often still unconscious part of us to find a voice within, and to show us our own path and unique life purpose.

Going back to the true essence of who we are involves the release of what is not truly, but yet subconsciously influences us every day. Ashati may therefore help us remove deep energetic blockages, repressed emotions, past‐life traumas, limiting beliefs and thought patterns, self‐imposed limitations and suffering, false goals, wants and needs, etc.

It will enable us to open our mind to new perspectives, stronger inner guidance, knowledge and realisations about our multi‐dimensional universe, our multi‐dimensional mind and body, as well as the principles of healing, creation and manifestation. This process will enable us to discover and understand our true self, and this has already helped countless people with their direction and purpose in life, finding a new career path, minimising stress, making more effective decisions, deciphering what they truly want out of life, and generally feeling happier, more fuller live and peaceful mind as a result.

The Soul Rescue

The Soul Journey starts with the creation of energy bodies that form the soul and its incarnation across lifetimes. Souls experience both physical and spiritual realms, but unresolved issues or attachments can prevent them from transitioning to the soul dimension after death.

Astral Dimension: Describes the astral world as a connective realm between physical and soul dimensions. It is often cluttered with residual energies and lost souls, which can affect human perception due to fears and cultural influences.

Types of Lost Souls: Confused Souls~Often human-like, connected to a person or place via energy cords. Parasites~Lodged within a host’s body, appearing as dark blobs of energy. Mischievous Entities~Souls with negative intentions due to unresolved trauma, often mistaken for “demons”.

Effects of Lost Souls can significantly impact their hosts. Physical Symptoms~Fatigue, illness, or unexplained pain. Psychological Symptoms~Anxiety, depression, or behavioral changes. Spiritual Symptoms~Disconnection from one’s higher self or spiritual imbalance

Higher Senses

The Higher Senses includes claircognisance, clairvoyance, clairaudience, and clairsentience.

Below is an analysis of each sense, including its definition, associated practices, and developmental techniques.

Claircognisance (Intuition)

Definition: Claircognisance is the ability to intuitively “know” something without prior knowledge or evidence. This sense often manifests as spontaneous insights or realizations that seem to come from nowhere.

Training Activities: Practice trusting your gut feelings and acting on intuitive thoughts during daily activities. Engage in exercises that encourage introspection and self-awareness, such as journaling about intuitive experiences.

Further Development: Regular meditation to quiet the mind and enhance receptivity to intuitive thoughts. Energy activations within the Ashati system to strengthen the connection between the mind and higher consciousness.

Clairvoyance (Seeing)

Definition: Clairvoyance refers to the ability to perceive images, symbols, or visions related to past, present, or future events. These visual impressions may occur in the mind’s eye or appear as external visions.

Training Activities: Visualization exercises, such as imagining objects or scenes in vivid detail.Observing surroundings with heightened awareness and noticing patterns or symbols that may carry meaning.

Further Development: Focus on activating and balancing the third eye (brow chakra), which is associated with clairvoyant abilities. Use guided meditations designed to stimulate visual perception and imagery.

Clairsentience (Feeling)

Definition: Clairsentience is the ability to sense energy, emotions, or physical sensations from people, objects, or environments. It is often described as an empathic ability to “feel” what others are experiencing.

Training Activities: Pay attention to emotional or physical reactions when interacting with others or entering new spaces. Practice grounding techniques to manage overwhelming sensations and maintain energetic balance.

Further Development: Work on opening the heart chakra, as it is closely linked to emotional sensitivity and clairsentient abilities. Engage in energy healing practices that heighten awareness of subtle energy changes.

Clairaudience (Hearing)

Definition: Clairaudience involves hearing non-physical sounds, such as voices, music, or other auditory messages from spiritual guides or higher realms. These sounds are often subtle and may be mistaken for internal thoughts.

Training Activities: Spend time in silence to become attuned to subtle auditory sensations. Practice distinguishing between internal mental chatter and external psychic messages.

Further Development: Strengthen the throat chakra, which governs communication and auditory perception. Use sound-based meditations or tools like singing bowls to enhance auditory sensitivity.

Into the Soul

1. Creation and Incarnation
* Soul Formation: The journey begins with the creation of energy bodies, which eventually form the soul. This suggests that the soul is not a static entity but rather something that comes into being through a developmental process.
* Purpose of Incarnation: Souls incarnate into physical bodies to gain experience and learn. This implies that the physical realm serves as a school or training ground for spiritual growth. The experiences encountered in physical life contribute to the soul’s evolution.
* Multiple Lifetimes: The document mentions that souls incarnate into physical bodies across many lifetimes. This concept of reincarnation is central to many spiritual traditions and suggests that learning and growth occur over a series of lives.

2. The Astral Dimension
* Intermediate Realm: The astral dimension is described as a connective world between the soul realm and the physical world. It acts as a bridge or transition zone between these two states of existence.
* Varied Planes: The astral dimension contains various planes of existence, indicating a complex structure with different levels or frequencies. This suggests that the astral realm is not a uniform place but rather a diverse and multifaceted environment.
* Residual Energies: The astral dimension can be cluttered with residual energies, highlighting that it’s a repository of the energetic imprints of thoughts, emotions, and experiences. This clutter can affect the souls that reside there or pass through it.

3. Transition and Potential Challenges
* Natural Process: The natural process after the death of the physical body involves the soul moving through a tunnel of light or a portal to the soul dimension. This transition is often supported by angels or spirit guides and the welcoming presence of loved ones.
* Stuck Souls: Souls may get “stuck” or become lost in the astral dimension due to unresolved issues, unhealthy attachments, or negative beliefs about the afterlife. This highlights the importance of resolving emotional and spiritual issues during life to ensure a smooth transition after death.
* Impact on the Living: These lost souls can connect with incarnated humans, influencing their energy, mind, balance, and health. This underscores the interconnectedness between the physical and spiritual realms and the potential impact of unresolved energies on the living.

In summary, the soul journey is depicted as a dynamic and ongoing process of creation, incarnation, learning, and transition. The astral dimension plays a key role in this journey, and the experiences and choices made during physical life have significant consequences for the soul’s progression.

Soul’s Journey

Soul journey as a process that includes the creation of energy bodies, forming the soul, and the soul’s subsequent incarnations into physical bodies across many lifetimes.

This journey allows spirits to experience life in both the soul realm and the physical realm, offering diverse opportunities for learning, expression, and manifestation.

The level of “disconnection” from inner knowledge about one’s own nature and the nature of the universe can vary depending on a soul’s development and the specifics of its physical incarnation.

Earth, is presented as a place where humans experience significant disconnection from their spirit and soul, leading to a lack of understanding about the universe, life, and the soul journey.

Upon the death of the physical body, the soul enters the lower part of the astral dimension. The natural process involves the soul releasing its lower astral bodies and transitioning to the soul dimension, often described as moving through a tunnel of light or a portal. This transition is typically assisted by angels or spirit guides, and the soul is often greeted by loved ones who have passed on.

However, unresolved issues, unhealthy attachments, or negative beliefs about the afterlife can cause souls to resist moving on, leading to a lost and confused state in the astral dimension. These souls may connect with incarnated humans, affecting the host’s energy, mind, balance, and health.

Origins and Development of Reiki

Mikao Usui (1865-early 1900s):
  * Received Buddhist monastery education.
  * Studied medicine, psychology, religion, and Asian fortune-telling.
  * Developed Reiki, with accounts varying between spiritual vision and ancient text study.
   * Traditional Japanese Reiki (TJR) links Usui’s method to traditional Chinese medicine and meridian energy pathways.

Chujiro Hayashi:
   * Usui’s student, a former Japanese Navy medical doctor.
   * Documented Reiki’s effects, established a Reiki clinic.
   * Developed standardized hand positions and a three-level Reiki training system (Levels 1, 2, and Master-Teacher).

Hawayo Takata:
   * Treated for illness by Hayashi in Japan.
   * Learned and practiced Reiki, opening a clinic in Hawaii.
   * Popularized Reiki in the West.
   * Established a pricing structure for Reiki training.
   * Trained 22 master teachers.

Iris Ishikura:
   * One of Takata’s students.
   * Broke with tradition by charging less for Reiki training.

Reiki Energy:
* Reiki is described as a specific healing energy linked to the Earth element.
* “Rei” means “Universal,” and “Ki” means “Life force energy.”
* Reiki can also refer to general energy healing.
* The energy is often perceived as heat or tingling.
* Reiki courses can be a foundation for other energy healing systems.

Reiki is a type of healing energy: It is a specific type of healing energy that is linked to the Earth element. It is often experienced as heat or tingling.

Reiki can be used for self-healing and healing others: The manual provides instructions on how to use Reiki for self-healing and healing others. It also explains how to use Reiki to heal food, plants, and animals.

Reiki is a complementary therapy: It is important to note that Reiki is a complementary therapy. It should not be used to replace conventional medical treatment.

Reiki is a spiritual practice: Reiki is a spiritual practice that can be used to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Overall, the key takeaway is that Reiki is a gentle and effective healing modality that can be used to promote overall well-being.

**Prior to the practice of Reiki, an energy  activation, or attunement is recommended.

The Lion Dances Wrongly

The lion dance is a traditional performance with deep cultural significance, primarily found in Chinese culture and other Asian communities. Usually deploy during Lunar New Year, Business Opening and commencement of events/ celebration. Its other purposes include:

1. Cultural Celebration: Often performed during festivals like Chinese New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival, and other important events, it symbolizes good luck, prosperity, and happiness.

2. Warding Off Evil Spirits: The loud drums, cymbals, and vigorous movements are believed to scare away evil spirits and negative energy, bringing protection and blessings.

3. Bringing Good Fortune: The lion is seen as a guardian creature, and its dance is thought to attract good luck and success for businesses, families, and communities.

4. Community Bonding: It fosters unity and cultural pride, often involving local groups or martial arts schools in its performance.

5. Entertainment: And lastly, its vibrant costumes, acrobatic movements, and rhythmic music, the lion dance is a captivating spectacle enjoyed by audiences of all ages.

So, how can lion dance bring good luck or simply just some noisy entertainment? This need us to related back to the traditional Chinese Metaphysic concept which correspondences with the 4 season and 24 solar terms. The concept of 春生, 夏长, 秋收, 冬藏 (Chūn shēng, xià zhǎng, qiū shōu, dōng cáng) that describes the natural cycle of the seasons and their corresponding activities. It reflects the harmony between human life and nature, deeply rooted in Chinese agricultural society and philosophy.

1. 春生 (Chūn shēng) – Spring: Growth and Renewal. Spring is the season of rebirth and new beginnings. Plants sprout, and life awakens after winter.

2. 夏长 (Xià zhǎng) – Summer: Flourishing and Growth. Summer is the season of vigorous growth. Plants and crops thrive under the warm sun. Farmers focus on nurturing and protecting their crops during this time.

3. 秋收 (Qiū shōu) – Autumn: Harvest and Reaping. Autumn is the season of harvest, when the fruits of labor are collected. A time of gratitude and celebration for the bounty provided by nature.

4. 冬藏 (Dōng cáng) – Winter: Storage and Rest. Winter is the season of rest and conservation. Crops are stored, and the land lies dormant. Symbolically, it represents introspection, preservation, and patience.

At an energetic level, when the lion dancer dances the swift and powerful acrobatics moves combined with the loud drums, cymbals and gongs. We could all agree that these are movement (kinetic) and sound energy. As well as the possibility of light energy (reflected from the bright costume). What these does is that it activate/ stir up the dormant, quiet and introspective qi that has settled for the past 3 months of winter. Resounding the start of new cycle ~ 春生 (Chūn shēng).

This is similar to the little stuffs or lucky charms older generation people place around the house for good luck or the use of energy stones or water to activate the wealth, relationship and nobleman.

As such, before the lion actually dance, we would prefer the lion to be moving in the wealth, career, relationship, nobleman or academia star area instead of punishment, 3-killings, calamity and sickness star area. Triggering the auspicious qi instead of the negative ones.

The annual flying stars or the 12 generals of Grand Duke is a convenient and effective blueprint tools to pinpoint these sectors so as to put the lion in the right place for the right purpose.

The Heart Sutra (Translation)

The Bodhisattva of Compassion,When he meditated deeply,Saw the emptiness of all five skandhas. And sundered the bonds that caused him suffering.

Here then, Form is no other than emptiness, Emptiness no other than form. Form is only emptiness, Emptiness is the only form.

Feeling, thought, and choice, Consciousness itself, Are the same as this.

All things are by nature void, They are not born or destroyed, Nor are they stained or pure, Nor do they wax or wane

So, in emptiness, no form,No feeling, thought, or choice,Nor is there consciousness. No eye, ear, nose, tongue, body, mind; No colour, sound, smell, taste, touch, or what the mind takes hold of, or even act of sensing.

No ignorance or end of it, or all that comes of ignorance; No withering, no death,No end of them.

Nor is there pain, or cause of pain, Or cease in pain, or noble path. To lead from pain; Not even wisdom to attain. Attainment too is emptiness.

So know that the Bodhisattva Holding to nothing whatever, But dwelling in Prajna wisdom, Is freed of delusive hindrance, Rid of the fear bred by it,And reaches the clearest Nirvana.

All Buddhas of past and present, Buddhas of future time,Using this Prajna wisdom,Come to full and perfect vision.

Hear then the great dharani,The radiant peerless mantra, The PrajnaparamitaWhose words allay all pain; Hear and believe its truth!

Space Cleansing and Feng Shui

Space cleansing can never be really effective without the twin mediums of salt and rice. Salt is
one of the most powerful of cleansing agents while rice is a food offering to wandering earth spirits to ensure harmonious coexistence.

Space clearing plays a big role in enhancing the positive in the union of positive and negative. When space is properly cleansed negative vibrations are extinguished, positive energy is enhanced, and your living space feels cleaner, brighter, and lighter. Good fortune ceases to be an illusion and becomes reality.

In Feng Shui, holding a symbolic pagoda in your left hand while sprinkling rice and salt with your right hand is believed to cause any wandering spirit with evil or bad intentions to take fright and run.

The symbolic power of the pagoda is also invoked when it is incorporated into windchimes that are meant for pressing down on the bad luck of a particular corner or sector of the home.

New living space should always be cleansed, although there are several vital taboos that accompany the very powerful rice and salt ritual.

You should do this ritual only when moving into your own home, where you have a right to cleanse your space.

Never attempt to use rice and salt to do space cleansing for others. You do not know the history and provenance of homes other than your own, and when you undertake the rice and salt method of cleansing for others you do not know who, in the other realms of existence, you may be disturbing or offending.

Before you begin this space–cleansing ritual, always wash your hands and face. This is useful to remember each time you undertake any spiritually-connected cleansing. It is a humble act of respect for the wandering spirits of this earth, and it ensures that you do not inadvertently offend any of them.

Walk around the external parameters of the home in a clockwise direction, throwing a mixture of raw rice grains and sea salt on the ground, at the base of the walls. Make sire you have sufficient mixture before you start.

Always spend a few minutes tinning inwards and checking your motivation. Remember the purer your motivation, the more powerful you will be.

Repeat this inside the home, moving from room to room and walking in a clockwise direction around each room.

Finally, at the front door, throw three handfuls from the inside outward, and then throw three handfuls from the outside into the house; don’t throw too much of the mixture in each handful.

When you have finished, leave the rice and the salt on the ground until the next day before cleaning them away. Use a vacuum cleaner rather than a broom for clearing up. This is because the act of sweeping negates the good aspects of what you have done.
