Yin QiMen (陰盤奇門)

Yin QiMen (陰盤奇門) is different from the usual Yang QiMen (陽盤奇門) which make use of Upper, Middle, Lower Yuan (上,中,下 元) and JieQi (節氣). The limitation of Yang QiMen (陽盤奇門) is that it takes approx 5 days for a change in chart and is seen as a limitation in this modern fast pace environment when it comes to divination and tactics application.

In Yin QiMen (陰盤奇門) it makes use of lunar calendar as a primary cue for charts.

For example: 2019 Aug 13, 4pm is converted to Lunar dates as 己亥年,七月, 十三日,申時. This is then converted to 12 + 7 + 13 + 9 = 41. Using 41 divided by 9 and adopt the residue figure which is 5 as the choice of chart. With that, the Yin QiMen (陰盤奇門) for this hour is chart 5, thus using palace 5 to start the QMDJ chart.

Hence, every 2 hours there would be a change of chart. Making it efficient and align for divination and tactics application.

奇门飞宫之 7 步排出完美盘局

1、用事时间到天干地支的转换:这是一切周易术数运用的前提。借力方法:查询万年历来完成。
2、廿四节气的了解与掌握:由用事之日向前逆推遇到的节气,这是奇门盘局的划分范围,也是拆补法的严格规定。
3、三元符头的寻找与定位:由用事日干向前逆推到甲或己的日干支。子午卯酉上元局,寅申巳亥中元局,辰戌丑未下元局,这是确定具体局数的标准。
4、六甲旬首的确定:由用事时辰干支来决定。任一时辰,都会在甲子戊、甲戌己、甲申庚、甲午辛、甲辰壬、甲寅癸的某一范围内。借力方法:深入了解六十花甲。

二,盘局之内:
1、地盘三奇六仪的排布:次序为戊、己、庚、辛、壬、癸、丁、丙、乙,次序永远不变,几局即在几宫起戊,一宫一位进行排布。注意:阳顺阴逆。
2、暗干支排布:由地盘六甲旬首之宫起本旬旬首,一宫一位排布,藏甲而留癸。注意:阳顺阴逆。
3、确定盘局中符使位置:看六甲旬首在何宫,起星门宫即为天盘之星为天盘直符,人盘之门为人盘直使,地盘之宫称地盘直符(看奇门飞宫原始图)
4、天盘直符对时干之宫,永远顺飞;人盘直使对时支之宫(暗干支的地支宫位),永远顺飞;神盘直符与天盘直符同位,分阳顺阴逆飞行。
5、标注空亡于地盘之宫,标注驿马于天盘。注:1、六甲空亡,以时辰论:甲子旬空戌亥,甲戌旬空申酉,甲申旬空午未,甲午旬空辰巳,甲辰旬空寅卯,甲寅旬空子丑;2、驿马定位,以时辰论:申子辰马在寅,寅午戌马在申,巳酉丑马在亥,亥卯未马在巳。

三元奇門流年(安床)- 陽山順 (四正:+、-、-),陰山逆 (四隅:-、+、+)

三元起法,上元甲子起乾,順行四維乾艮巽坤,周而復始。中元甲子起坎,順行四正坎震離兌,下元甲子起艮,順行四維艮巽坤乾。

四維;四隅之方也,每年起法,只就四維,不用四正。上元甲子年,乾上起休門;乙丑年,艮上起休;丙寅年,巽上起休;丁卯年,坤上起休是也。

而每年輪法,仍兼用八方。如上元甲子年,乾上起休,坎生,艮傷,震杜,巽景,離死,坤驚,兌開是也。

周而復始者;謂每年起法,如上元甲子乾上起休,至丁卯起坤,已一周矣。

戊辰又乾上起休,己巳艮上起休,謂復始也。而其每年輪法,即下干支陰山陽山,陽順佈,陰逆行。

中元甲子,坎上起休,俱照上元一樣輪法。

下元甲子,艮上起休,俱照上、中元一樣輪法。

此以上,申明前八門加臨句。

論流年係何宮起休門,亦論其山之陰陽順逆佈之。如寅甲為陽,陽主順;乙卯為陰,陰主逆,但取門(奇門也)生宮,宮門比和為吉,宮剋門次之,宮生門則凶,門剋宮則大凶矣。

「佛道」

I split into 2 section. 宅气 and 宅体. In the measurement of 宅体, landform belongs to form school. If you have a 逼刀 for example, the likelihood of 凶 happening in the sector will be higher especially on 绝命 and 五鬼. Nonetheless, there are example when there is 逼刀 but owner still ok. One reason Is because of factors such as distance of 逼刀 is and the formation of 气点 relative to the 宅 is rather weak, or if the 宅体 is strong enough to take the 逼刀. By 逼刀, I also mean 路沖 and other aspect form school.

In the event 宅体 cannot be strengthen by external landform, such as the 4 celestial animals, the Qi map become a even important factor. Using the good sectors etc to strengthen 宅气 to withstand the 外煞.

For example, want to assess wealth star, one application can use door as 伏位 and plot out the qi map for Fu xin water and interlay with the qi map for assess. For actual mountain such as 贪狼山,武曲山 etc. I live in the city, so didn’t dwell much into this aspect of landform.

I work more with the idea of also split 8 mansion into 24 mountain if I need to work with placement. Of cos many of the classical Feng Shui will say they are classical and don’t use placement and energy items, so to each his own in this aspect. In 八宅明镜 this book, it advocated that stove is place in Inauspicious Sector and to face it toward auspicious, in my opinion is one indication of placement in Feng Shui.

君臣佐使 (宅體)

动宅虽也有宅体,但为众家共有,故不似静宅强弱明显且影响之巨。因此静宅首重“体法”,即以“君臣佐使”论其宅体五行强弱之法。若要再论各层,则有“五行顺生法”与“九星翻层法”供作选择。该二法用法如述。体法:即以坐山、层数、间数、开门论其宅体强弱,阴阳与五行变化。所谓:“体强不畏冲克,体弱但惧微灾”。因此静宅首重宅体(详见前述宅体旺衰论一节)。

五行顺生法:即静宅楼层,以坐山五行为一楼。如坐兑向震,兑宅属金,则一楼为金,金生水,二楼为水,三楼为木,四楼为火,依此顺生。唯单用于静宅,动宅则不以此法矣!但因此法无实质应用之意义,故多弃而不用。

九星翻层法:即静宅楼层,以坐山原星为一层,顺生九星。如坐震向兑,震宅为三碧震,则一楼为三碧木,二楼为四绿木,三楼为五黄土,四楼为六白金,依此顺生。如二楼为四绿木所居,四绿为文昌星所到,可作为书房之考虑也。

又同一时间起造之屋宅,亦可以九星法论其间数作为参考,即以坐山原星为第一间,顺挨间数(由左或由右起算,仍引用宅体间数算法)。

如坐坎向离,则第一间为一白水,第二间为二黑土,第三间为三碧木、依此顺挨。以上静宅论法,可在知宅体强弱后,再了解何星到间。所谓到间,即到间数之间,与层数之间,非房间之间也。

因此,综述如下:宅体强弱为择屋第一考虑,复于总间数择吉星所到之间,如间数飞星不吉亦无妨,只缺助力并无害也!宅体强弱攸关宅外形势变化之对应。如前有冲克,宅体旺自能抵挡,而将祸事减至最小。宅体若衰,纵然只是很小的冲煞,怕也承受不了。

因此,择屋以宅体为重,五行顺生法或九星翻层法,只作为参考,并无改变宅体之力量,在于知吉星所在而善用而已。

宅体旺衰论(君臣佐使)

只适用透天的房子,所谓:一气达天,吉凶立现。影响宅体的因素:坐山,层数,间数,开门,分别为君臣佐使。
1, 间数的取用以向为准:向首是阳卦从左起间数;向首是阴卦从右起间数。人站在屋的前方数! 向的阴阳:乾艮震坎为阳,离坤兑巽为阴。
楼上加房论:三面贴原结构,超过原长度的五分之三,为一层。超过一丈二也为一层。若没有达到一层的标准,又在屋宅的上方有小房,为”形煞,大屋上面叠小屋。
2, 层数和间数都采取河图的五行,是不变的。(不变的取河图,变动的取洛书,所以,取间数以洛书的五行来论)。
河图的五行:
一六共宗同属水;
二七同道同属火;
三八为朋同为木;
四九为友同属金;
五十同途同属土。
洛书的五行:
1白坎水;2黑坤土;3碧震木;4绿巽木;5黄中土;6白乾金;7赤兑金;8白艮土;9紫离火.
3, 使–开门:
门的不同影响此间屋的旺衰,开中门之论上面三者之间的关系。
1.层数和间数不变,以河图的五行来论。开门的五行以洛书的五行来论。
2.五行的属性:贪生忘克,我克为财,克我者病(不是生病,是受制而已)
3.喜欢有生有克,生克得宜。生我旺人,我克旺财。
例:
屋宅向兑,兑为阴卦,从右边为第一间。 以上例 以四楼为假设 来论宅体旺衰:
一, 坐山–君:坐震,属木(10年以内以坐山为君)
二, 层数–臣:4层,河图属金

达摩一掌经 (Bodhidharma One Palm Technique) – Manual Plotting

Bodhidharma was a Buddhist monk who lived during the 5th / 6th century. He is traditionally credited as the transmitter of Chan Buddhism to China. There was also this destiny reading/ personality profiling technique which was said to be developed by him. It is said that there was a time when a lot of people seek monastery for shelter and escape; and this was a method so gauge if the person is true in seeking Buddha or merely seeking an escape.

The manual plotting is pretty straight forward. But, with the help of technology, things gotten much easier. 

Generally similar, however there are some variation on treatment of some item in plotting the chart – Manually. The treatment of leap month (润月 ); for example, April is a leap month. If the date is on or before 15th, it will follow April; and if it falls on 16th it will follow May in plotting out the chart. Or, just use April in plotting out the chart. I personally use the latter (firstly, it simplifies and secondly, it is alight with QMDJ). Another deviation is using 10 year as 1 luck cycle vs 7 year as 1 luck cycle; I personally use a 7 year luck cycle.

Example – 2000 Jun 6, 6am (Male):
First step, convert the date of birth from western date to lunar dates. This is a typical error for most practitioners, especially those who rely heavily on online calculators. For this chart, the lunar dates would be 2000年 5月 5日 6時.

Born in the year of Dragon so the letter 辰, 天奸, 修罗 will mark the first point. Male (clockwise) and Female (reverse clockwise). This is a male chart so, count from position of Dragon to Monkey 申, 天孤, 人道. Next count the days from Monkey to Rat子, 天贵, 佛道. Last, from Rat to Rabbit 卯, 天破, 畜道. To find the destiny palace, use the day zodiac and count from Rat hour to Rabbit hour. For this example, the destiny palace 命宫 is in Rabbit 卯.

Plotting the luck cycle, using Rabbit 卯, 天破, 畜道 (clockwise), so the first 7 years land with Dragon, next 7 on Snake etc. After you plot the 7 years luck cycle. Continue with the same method to plot out the current year palace. And, if the practitioners really wants to go in-depth, can use the same method to plot out the months and day. For me, I stop at the year as my intention is for current year forecast.

I know this method slightly deviate from what is available on the web. Do give it a try, at least another choice away from ZWDS and BAZI for annual reading; the accuracy is quite there, speaking from personal experiences.

Now on the palaces. There are 12 Zodiac, 12 Stars and 6 Path. These 3 category are fixed (as per the above laid diagram) regardless of male or female charts. What changes from time to time; and also depending on the practitioners is analyzing per luck cycle, annually or monthly (or even daily) are the 12 Life Palaces (命).

Taking the annual chart for example. After pinpointing where the annual year lands. That palace will be the life/ destiny (命) palace. From that, one can start to plot the rest of  象,福,業,动,欲,情,導,信,基,友,财 (clockwise for both male & female chart) for analysis. I shall not elaborate on each of the stars and palace as it seem quite self explanatory, otherwise a page will turn into a book.

Labradorite

Inuit peoples claim Labradorite fell from the frozen fire of the Aurora Borealis, probably because the glimmers surface of labradorite look like the northern lights.

Labradorite is loved for its remarkable play of color, known as labradorescence. The stone, usually gray-green, dark gray, black or grayish-white, is composed in aggregate layers that refract light as iridescent flashes of peacock blue, gold, pale green, or coppery red. The blue varies within the light, displaying hues from deepest blue to various shades of pale, almost blue-green.

It was discovered in Labrador, Canada, by Moravian missionaries in 1770 who named it for the area. It is also, however, referenced in legends by older Inuit tribes, and was known to be in use by the Boethuk peoples of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Amethyst

The name Amethyst derives from the Greek word ametusthos, meaning “not intoxicated”.

Legends says that Bacchus, a Roman god of agriculture, wine, fertility and son of Jupiter; gotten angry over an insult and determined to avenge himself decreed the first person he should meet would be devoured by his tigers. The unfortunate mortal happened to be a beautiful maiden named Amethyst on her way to worship at the shrine of Diana.

As the ferocious beasts sprang, she sought the protection of the goddess and was saved by being turned into a clear, white crystal. Bacchus, regretting his cruelty, poured the juice of his grapes over the stone as an offering, giving the gem its lovely purple hue.

Amethyst was also reputed to control evil thoughts, increase intelligence and render men shrewd in business matters.

In mythology, Amethyst was worn as a protection from treachery and surprise attacks, kept soldiers from harm and gave them victory over their enemies. It lent assistance to hunters in the capture of wild beasts and fowl, and was considered to be a powerful psychic stone of protection against witchcraft and black magic.

In the spiritual world, Amethyst provided a connection to the Divine. To the Hebrews, it was Ahlamah, the ninth stone in the breastplate of the High Priest, engraved with the tribe of Dan, as well as the twelfth foundation stone for the New Jerusalem.

In the new world, Amethyst is still a remarkable stone of spirituality and contentment, known for its metaphysical abilities to still the mind and inspire an enhanced meditative state. Its inherent high frequency purifies the aura of any negative energy or attachments, and creates a protective shield of light around the body, allowing one to remain clear and centered while opening to spiritual direction.
