First thing, notice that the water site / lake is larger than the developmental plot. And water / lake is located at East and Northeast of the developmental. The better choice within this site is the stack towards the North. Reason being the stack in a better position to receive energy of the Eastern Waters. Potential owners also need to be mindful to select a floor that has actual visual on the waters / lake (i.e. overlooking the trees by the pavement and roadside)

The water theory of this site complies to water we call as 催水, which is good for career advancement, officialdom, civil service and politics. Yet in 2 decade from now, after receiving the blooms one should seek to readjust and fine tuned as the quality of the water changes. Tipping point: Year 2044.

7 Star Robbery – Special Chart that requires facing in the South (离). There is a link between (离, 震, 乾) early / later heaven 卦 position. There must be a Parent String, double facing star + next period star as the Sitting Star. Facing & Sitting Stars are linked by HeTu (i.e. 4, 9 and 3, 8). And, must have water at Robbery Gua (劫曜星). This Robbery Gua is the missing key in 90% of the Commercial Feng Shui Master’s assessment (As such, for those who chanced on this, it is your affinity and my blessings to give).

On hindsight, this (might) explains why Xuan Kong Flying Stars is going into a decline after 2017 as we approaches period 9. Because, in period 9 there is no special chart to ‘Market’ this Art of Flying Stars.

Parting Shot: if you know how to use the stars, any period can be a still be good chart. So, do you ‘really’ need 7 Star Robbery? My reply is ‘No’, you just need to use the Stars. Locally, many property and apartments are build with North-South Facing in mind and majority are 7 Star Robbery, yet many of these property and apartment either plague with career turbulence, health disorder or family dispute.

Pearl String Formation – Grants the residents in the property with continual fame, brand, funding from investors and popularity. Good flow and compounding growth overtime.

1 – 2 – 3 (in same palace)
3 – 4 – 5 (in same palace)
6 – 7 – 8 (in same palace)
9 – 1- 2 (in same palace)

The numbers (Period Stars, Sitting and Facing Stars) in all the 9 box runs in a moving number.

External Land-form Condition, the Pearl String Chart needs a mountain / dragon / Qi mouth at the property sitting and facing. Without the external from, the formula does not have the energy source to energize the chart.

The number can run from facing to sitting (relationship) or sitting to facing (wealth opportunity). Also can include annual flying stars if the natal chart doesn’t have a pearl string. But, external land-form conditions are still a must.

For Parent String Formation to be empowered the above number needs to have external land-form. Example, the facing palace has 3, 6, 9 numbers – the East, NW and South sectors need to have a Qi Source and External land-form.

Similar to Combination of 10 and Pearl String, the annual Stars also can turn the chart to a Parent String Formation. A Parent String can be a FanYin/ FuYin Formation which means immediate change or status Quo.

In FanYin or FuYin, also take note if it happens to Sitting Stars or Facing Stars to determine if it’s a Relationship/ Health or Career/ Wealth.

This is a special topic on Xuan Kong Flying Star called Combination of 10 – Pure Natal Chart or Influence by Annual Stars. Important thing about Combination of 10 is the house must not have a missing sector. A missing sector is defined as an area that is more than 1/3 (33%) of the sector. And that all the stars (Period Star + Facing Star or Period Star + Sitting Star or Annual Star + Facing Star or Annual Star + Sitting Star) must be a combination of 10.

1. Facing Stars enhances wealth and business endeavors.
2. Sitting Stars enhances health, well-being and relationships.

Note: there is no way to fix a missing sector with cures and mirrors. The only way to fix a missing sector is to rebuild it.

This is a special topic on Xuan Kong Flying Star called Pure Elemental Qi (HeTu, 河图) as the saying “The Secrets of Xuan Kong resides in the 5 Elements”. What this aspect of Feng Shui does is that it uses the Elemental Qi via HeTu combination numbers in a Flying Star Chart to induce certain outcomes to the resident of that property. And over a period of time produces the desire outcome and improvement. However, there is no possible earth combination (5, 10) element flying star combination in Xuan Kong (becasue there is only 9 grids). Therefore, Earth palace sits together or follows fire. HeTu combination in Flying Stars cures Grand Duke of Jupiter (TaiSui) or 5 Yellow Stars. Nonethelsss, there is another version of Earth aligns with Metal or Earth resides in Water. There is no end to this argument. What I can conclude is to look at the natal number 5 in conjunction with the HeTu combination, there is a relationship in this 3 numbers.

A simple analogy, for example palace 6 (has a 4, 9 HeTu metal combo in the natal palace of metal. This palace has vibrant metal energy. That enhances Will Power, Leadership and Discipline.

In nutshell, what the 5 elements resonate:
1. Fire: Passion, Vibrant, Energy, Aspiration, Positive Energy, Influence, Passion, Spiritual Energy.
2. Wood: Growth, Learning, Improving, Transformation, Self Improvement, Healing.
3. Water: Emotions, Feeling, Better Thoughts (Energy/ Vibration) attracts better reality, Clarity of Mind, Positive Mentality.
4. Metal: Will Power, Decision Making, Leadership, Discipline, Execution.
5. Earth: Stability, Security, Confidence, Sustainable Wealth.

Using good sectors and energy in the property can withstand the external killing (Sha Qi / Poison Arrow / Road Clash). Solving external problems with cure or fix is beginner’s view. Improving the energy and aspects of the resident’s life is a more advanced application of Feng Shui (Improve the People, not cure/ fix the problem), it is about taking action during positive times when the annual energy comes in.

All 3 numbers (Period Star, Sitting & Facing Star) in the Natal Chart can be used to analyse if there is a HeTu combination / element.

Using Annual Stars and Month Stars when they come in each year to forms the HeTu combination with the Natal Chart + Original LuoShu element (i.e. a 4, 9 combination must happen in palace 6 or 7 – Metal or a 2, 7 combination must happen in palace 9 – Fire or 2, 7 combination in palace 2, 5, 8 – Earth).
