Base Chakra
Location: Base of the spine
Color: Red
Organs: Bladder, Genitals
Identity: Physical
Functions: Grounding, connection to physical body and physical world, survival instincts, feeling safe
Balanced Energy: Centered, grounded, balanced control over the material world and physical body

The Etheric Body (connected to the base chakra): The etheric body exists within the physical body. It replicates every part that creates the human body, and matter in general. Its main purpose is to form an energy template, or matrix, for the development, maintenance and repair of the physical body. Which can have repressed energies or other energetic blockages generate physical imbalances.

Sacral Chakra
Location: Below the navel
Color: Orange
Organs: Urogenital system
Identity: Pleasure & Inner Child
Functions: Enjoyment of life, creativity, pleasures, desires, sexuality, emotions, inner child connection
Balanced Energy: Creative, emotionally balanced, open to one’s emotions, balanced sexuality

The Lower Emotional Body (connected to the sacral chakra). The lower emotional body follows the general shape of the physical and etheric bodies, but it is more amorphous and fluid, and it extends outwardly by a few cm. This body does not duplicate the physical body; it is more like an energy field. It contains moving energy of different colors, each being felt as a specific emotion. These colors may vary from bright clear hues to dark muddy ones, depending on the type of emotions.

Solar Plexus Chakra
Location: Below ribcage
Color: Yellow
Organs: Stomach, gall bladder, adrenal glands, liver
Identity: Control, personal power & the lower consciousness
Functions: Personal power, control, vitalizes the nervous system, metabolism, digestion, assertiveness, radiance
Balanced Energy: Outgoing, open‐minded, respectful, assertiveness, confident

The Lower Mental Body (connected to the solar plexus chakra). This bright yellow energy field is composed of even finer energies and structures, which influence our brain with the creation of thoughts and beliefs. These energies correspond to a lower level of mental energies, which, at times, can be felt as strong and controlling thoughts and beliefs.

Heart Chakra
Location: Centre of sternum
Color: Green
Organs: Heart, thymus gland, circulatory system, lungs
Identity: Connection to aspects of self and to others
Functions: Anchors the soul into the body, energizes the immune system, forgiveness, compassion, love, acceptance, contentment, relationships
Balanced Energy: Compassionate, humanitarian, can see the good in others, nurturing, empathetic, healing, gentle, open to feeling inner guidance

The Connective Astral Body (connected to the heart chakra). The connective body (and the heart chakra) is an important connection between the lower and the higher energy bodies. They are connected to lower mental and emotional processes, but also influenced by higher levels and past‐life energies. Through this connection to the soul, one is able to feel the guidance from higher levels within their own being. This inner guidance often comes in the form of feelings and excitement. These energies drive the body to find its purpose and to fulfil its life’s mission.

Throat Chakra
Location: Base of the throat
Color: Light blue
Organs: Thyroid, parathyroid, throat, upper lungs
Identity: Expression & communication
Functions: Speech, expression, communication, showing inner truth, honesty, integration.
Balanced Energy: Good speaker, sincerity, truthfulness, able to listen

The Soul Body (connected to the throat chakra): Similarly to the physical and etheric bodies, although made of a much higher vibrational energy, the soul body is structured and follows the shape of the physical body. When the soul incarnates into the body, the soul body is believed to create an intricate connection to the etheric body from before birth and until physical death.

Third Eye Chakra
Location: Centre of the forehead
Color: Dark blue / indigo
Organs: Pituitary gland, brain, eyes
Identity: Archetypal
Functions: Energizes the lower brain and the nervous system, vision, inner vision clairvoyance, visualization, explicit knowledge, clarity
Balanced Energy: Can receive conscious spiritual guidance, clairvoyance, clear mind, can visualize, ability to see life patterns

Higher Emotional Body (connected to the brow chakra): The higher emotional body does not follow the physical body’s inner structure, as it is more fluid and amorphous. Its energy is often seen as
dark indigo and purple. The higher emotional body seems to primarily hold energies affecting the soul and physical bodies on an emotional level. Because of the level of development of humanity on Earth at this time, with an initial disconnect between body and soul, humans only have conscious access to a small part of their soul’s knowledge.

Crown Chakra
Location: Top of the head
Color: White / purple
Organs: Pineal gland, cerebral cortex
Identity: Higher‐self connection
Functions: Vitalizes the upper brain, connection to one’s higher‐self, spirituality, inspiration, intuition, unity, selflessness
Balanced Energy: Open to higher dimensional energy and intuitive guidance, access to the higher‐self and the unconscious mind, spirituality, service, faith, peace

Higher Mental Body (connected to the crown chakra): This beautiful white and gold energy body seems to provide us with intuitive guidance and higher thoughts and perspectives. It therefore influences the soul body and the physical body on a mental level.
