頤卦 (Nourishment Gua) has an upper Gen (艮) Trigram and a an lower Zhen (震) Trigram. The upper and lower Yang Yao (阳爻) give the appearance of mouth while the four Yin Yao (阴爻) in between are the opening of that mouth, waiting to be fed. The Yi Gua (頤) is therefore referred to as ‘Nourishment’.
