Kun (坤) is made up of six broken Yao lines. This indicate the Gua is all Yin (阴). Representing the feminine side of things. Yin (阴) symbolise tolerance, gentle, kindness, virtues, forebearing and good. Just like Mother Earth always nurturing. Kun (坤) is saying one should be moderate and humble. And to always be decent and honest in day to day dealings. Never to make hasty decision and always (at times) try to be accomodating, discipline and dilligence. Seeing both the forest and the tree.
坤卦 (Earth Gua) elements (五行) belongs to Water (水); if the facing / sitting / door of the house or apartment is this Gua (卦), it is suitable for resident with annual pillar Water Pig (癸亥), Fire Rabbit (丁卯), Fire Dog (丙戌), Earth Dog (戊戌).
